Erasmus / Exchange programs

You are going to study at HELMo on an international exchange programme (Erasmus or other exchange programme). You will find hereunder the application procedure and the course offer in various departments at HELMo.

Application Procedure

• Your nomination must be sent by your home institution before May 15^th for the Fall semester (September – January) and before November 15^th for the Spring semester (February – June). A nomination link will be sent to your home institution.
• After receiving your nomination, the HELMo departmental coordinator will accept it or not and will inform your home institution. You will then receive a link to register yourself online via our system. The whole procedure will be done online.
• HELMo would like to receive your Learning Agreement (LA) before the start of your mobility. It must be signed by the departmental coordinator of both institutions and by yourself. Please initiate your learning agreement via https://learning-agreement.eu/ or via your own institution system.
