Nominations procedures (via Mobility Online)

1. Your nomination must be sent by your home institution. A nomination link will be sent to the partner institution.
2. After receiving your nomination, the HELMo international departmental coordinator will accept it or not and will inform your home institution.

Deadlines:

1. May 15^th for the Fall semester
2. November 15^th for the Spring semester

Application procedures

• Once accepted, you will then receive a link to register yourself online.

HELMo would like to receive your Learning Agreement (LA) before the start of your mobility. This must be signed by the international departmental coordinator of both institutions and by yourself. Thanks to initiate your learning agreement via https://learning-agreement.eu/ or via your institution's digital tool.

Application procedures once selected by your home institution:

1. Contact Mrs Lemaire for the business department : Marketing, international business, accounting insurance or Mr Jans for law and management assistant.

2. Required documents :

1. ID (recto-verso)
2. Medical certificate
3. Birth certificate
4. Transcripts of records from the past years.

Learning agreement for trainingship:

HELMo would like to receive you learning agreement for traineeship before the start of your stay. It will be signed by the international coordinator of the departement, your home institution and yourself.
