Living at HELMo
This section is for students benefiting from adapted measures to carry out their study programmes in the sending institution.
Steps for the students:
1. Inform the incoming coordinator of the department you are going to study in.
2. Send the sending institution’s document of recognition of status.
3. Send a copy of the adapted measures implemented in sending institution.
The incoming coordinator will then contact their department’s inclusion coordinator.
Person in charge of students with special needs:
This is a team composed of HELMo students, recognised by the ESN international network, whose aim is to help exchange students in their social and academic integration.
ESN commits to:
- Coming and picking you up at your arrival,
- Helping you find accommodation,
- Organising sportive, cultural, and social activities,
- Advising you on event at HELMo, in Liège, or even in Belgium.

Sports
Do you want to practise sports?
HELMo and its Sports organisation are there for any student.

Access to sport activities is also free for exchange students but registration is mandatory via Nova Sport app. Please register with your HELMo address.

Culture
Culture isn’t just movies, music and art, but everything we are connected to, we are moved by, we can meet people through. This is why awareness activities are offered on different society topics during lunch time on our different campuses.
Read your emails and follow HELMo on socials to get all the updates of activities on your campus. Remember culture belongs to you!
